intelliGAUGE系列的APGT43型压力表采用***技术(美国***号:8,030,990),可在不依赖大气压力波动的情况下进行测量。如果您希望在本地显示过程压力的同时,也将信号传递至中央控制器或远程控制室,那么该型号压力表将是理想选择。
APGT43型压力表基于532.54型安全模型而制造,是一款高质量的不锈钢压力表,标准尺寸为100或160mm。此外,该型号压力表的设计符合DIN 16002标准。
intelliGAUGE系列的APGT43.1x0型压力表符合所有相关标准和规范的安全要求,完全可用于现场测量高压容器的工作压力,并可通过机械方式直接显示测量值,无需额外进行测量。
该型号压力表具备坚固耐用的膜片式测量系统,指针的旋转角度和压力大小成正比。
该型号压力表还配有在高安全要求的汽车应用中久经考验的电子角度编码器,可以确定指针轴位置。该电子角度编码器是一种非接触式传感器,不会产生磨损和摩擦。鉴于此,压力表可产生和压力大小成正比的4... 20 mA电信号输出。测量范围(电气输出信号)可以根据机械显示自动设定,即显示的全量程与4 ... 20 mA输出信号相对应。而且,电气零点还可以手动设置。
该型号压力表在高质量的机械压力表中集成了威卡电子变送器,不仅具备电信号传输功能,还支持本地机械显示。无需配置额外的测量点用以机械压力显示。
